Refund Policy for Seedance 2.0 AI

Overview

Seedance 2.0 AI offers subscriptions and credit-based usage. This policy defines when refunds may be granted and how requests are handled.

Eligibility

  • Monthly subscriptions: Request within 7 days of the initial payment and with less than 10% of monthly credits used.
  • Annual subscriptions: Request within 14 days of the initial payment and with less than 10% of annual credits used.
  • One-time credit packs: Request within 7 days of purchase and with less than 10% of credits used.
  • Renewals: Renewal charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Cancellation

  • You can cancel subscriptions anytime in Settings > Billing.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals and does not retroactively refund completed billing periods.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@seedance-2-ai.org with:

  • Account email
  • Order/transaction ID
  • Reason for the request

We review requests within 3 business days.

Exclusions

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Accounts suspended for policy violations
  • Fraudulent or abusive refund patterns
  • Cases already disputed through a chargeback process
